Saraceni Construction recently remodeled my Kitchen. Going into the project, my wife and I had no clue how to remodel the kitchen or maximize the space. Joe came out to meet with us and we were blown away by his ideas. He came up with options we did not even think were possible. The whole project was exactly as Joe promised upfront; he met our strict budget and timeline. He finished the job on time and right on target. Our kitchen is now amazing and we are so happy we used Saraceni Construction.

My basement flooded a few years ago. Saraceni Construction tiled my basement, replaced the damaged drywall, painted and turned it into a great looking billiards room. After doing such an outstanding job on my basement, I had Saraceni Construction do a major renovation of my kitchen while adding a half bathroom at the same time. Saraceni Construction both designed and constructed my new kitchen. I could not be happier with it. After adding a stacked washer and dryer to my upstairs, Saraceni Construction added a porch to the fron of my house. Once again, Saraceni Construction both designed and constructed the porch which totally changed the curb appeal of my house. Everything that Saraceni Construction does they do with professionalism while taking care of every little detail at the same time.

I have used Saraceni Construction for several remodeling jobs to my home over the past 20 years. The jobs ranged from a two story addition, remodel kitchen, remodel porch, and install maintenance free deck. The reasons I continue to use Joe is his eye for construction. He see’s things that I didn’t see and made much more sense and didn’t cost me anymore money, sometimes saving money. Another reason is he’s always available if you have questions, (I’m very familiar with the construction scene and this trait isn’t always the case). Saraceni Construction is always very professional and goes the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. When anyone asked me who did my Kitchen, porch, addition, or deck I tell them Joe Saraceni and they always ask for his phone number. Joe is a quality guy that does quality work.
